Good Program When in a Caloric Deficit

I am carb cycling and in a caloric deficit. I am looking to maintain muscle if not gain a little on this cycle. What is a good program you have success with? Preferably lifting 3-4x per week. I just finished 3 weeks of Joel Marions Stripped Down and that was too intense for my diet.

If you go NO carb instead of LOW carb, you should be able to train with full intensity and not feel shitty. Ketosis feels much better than low carb.

I don’t think he can be in ketosis if he’s carb cycling.

artem cant PM u cos ur not a friend but was wondering. how is ur dieting going, i dont have access to t-cell so also couldnt comment on ur thread a while ago. hows the fat loss? maintaining ur strength?

in theory you should just lift as heavy as you can to give your muscle a reason to stay
