i’m pretty sure no one has done this one yet. Last nite i was getting creative and this mornig i made a shake out of about 1 1/2 cups lowfat cottage cheese, half an egg substitute carton (about 15 tablespoons says the label) 1-2 cups of blueberries, and 3 ice cubes. total of less than 5 g of fat, ~45g of protein, and a lot of carbs. probably gonna try to addin oatmeal in the future. it was quite good.
Sounds interesting, but I’m not sure about the egg substitute. Anyways, I’ll add one of my favorite breakfast shakes.
Whole orange, whole banana (or 1/2), 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, 5-6 ice cubes, protein as needed (almost any fruit can be thrown in here or substituted)
Delicious whole fruit smoothie (notice that there was no juice added). 30+ g Pro, 80g Carb, lots of fiber, little to no fat. About 500 calories.
