More so just the negative, where it looks like you went into lumbar extension. But it honestly isn’t even a big deal considering how proficient the pull itself was. Just a mental cue, try to lower the bar with a neutral spine as well, just so you don’t somehow venture into spooky territory. Tbh, I don’t even think about this myself because I train in a setting where I can just drop the bar after I finish a rep so seeing negatives with an ounce of control are an eyesore, yet in truth are pretty innocuous.

I find that whenever I can’t pick up something from the floor that I’ve hit before, it means my stance is getting too wide (assuming we’re talking conventional deadlift). In turn, stance getting too wide usually means I’ve either put on some weight or my hamstrings are tight and I don’t want to bend my legs as much as usual.
