Deadlift 220 x 1 —> 225 x 3
Bench 120 x 3 —> 125 x 3
Barbell hip thrust 210 x 4 —> 225 x 5

I set mini goals for close in the future instead of being like oh ya in a year I want to deadlift 300, cause it seems more attainable that way.
