WEllllllllllllllll, I know I’ve burnt my bridges here pretty badly over the past 6 months or so, but I have made much progress as of late and I would look to post said progress…

Thinks are wonderful for me {non} friends-ish people…

I love my job very much.
I love my car very much.
And I am moving out in t-minus however made days until Nov. 1st. So I will love my place very much.
It’s right across the street from my kids school and we are both very excited.
Vacuuming with a sense of real purpose again… The sheer anticipation of that moment keeps me up at night.
It will be MY carpet that gets cleaned. MY counters that get windexed. Jeebus, fun times ahead.

But the most exciting stuff of all!!!
Gym stuff.
Everyday I fall in love all over again and I couldn’t be more content with my progress, and the joy I get from all the painful shit I put myself through every morning.

My routine is like
Heavy chest shoulders
Back pump
leg pump
should/chest pump
heavy back
heavy leg
repeat

NO REST EVER
not even between sets
I have filled my rest between sets with other exercises to make them super-er
CRUSH KILL DESTROY I say… CKD!!!

So that’s all I guess… I could get flamed for posting, but I am very happy either way.

Alllllrighty, legs have always been a m*$#&$#f$*#$#ing issue for me because they never grow, BUT, there is something there that wasn’t there before (beauty and the beast), SOME definition.
It excites me very much because I finally feel like things are happening in that department.

Leg day(s) and I have reached an agreement, they are going to be awful and I am going to man the f**k up…

I barbell hip thrusted 165lbs the other day with super long holds for each rep and I was very pleased with this.
