I would like to set myself up a program that is like this. HOWEVER, I have a few issues:

I don’t exactly know everything that would be considered “pump” AND it would mean getting rid of ass day,
But I was taking one day off a week due to work and now that shift that was once my rest day is no longer a regular occurrence so I need a 7 day a week training schedule and ya. I also just think those guys seem really cool and why am I justifying anything…
I also don’t work today and am unable to laminate stuff and tomorrow is typically busy so if I can’t find the time to laminate a new routine I get very upset.
I think I should have never started laminating anything. I should just type it out and try to cut it nicely.
But then corners crimple and that just doesn’t look right
Though I could find some kind of day timer where I could properly insert workout papers and they would stay safe.

Many moons ago I deleted BG from my phone, but because he texted me randomly like two times and I texted him back his number was semi-saved in my phone.
Like if I typed the first two digits his number would come up in a list with a couple other people who also had those same digits in their phone numbers.
So he was never really gone.
He wasn’t officially there, but I knew in the back of my mind if I really NEEDED to say something, I could. I had the option, but also the willpower to control myself (mostly).
The other day at work I wanted to see if I could somehow creep him to see if he got a gym membership with the city so the mystery of his disappearance could be solved.
SO I checked my phone (OH BY THE WAY THIS IS A SECRET) (YOU GOT THAT EVERYONE WITH INTERNET CONNECTION?!)
So I checked my phone so I could type in his number and it wasn’t there.
Like I don’t even know if I know the first two digits anymore, but anything I typed in came up with NOTHING.
He is gone forever from my phone.
And I bet after his last orgy text he got the good idea to delete me.
So I am probably gone from his phone.

And… my stomach…empty…sad
So maybe he’s a schmuck, an asshole, a person who never cared about me or thought about me.
