Do you deadlift double over? I’d recommend a hook grip over mixed, but I’m not sure you can do that since your hands are so small.

Once again, I am glad you asked my friend…

Well, when I get up in the morning I have plazma and then I go to the gym. When I return I consume MAG-10.
So those two things are essentially my breakfast(s).
Plazma, as far as I am concerned, is the “fear no rep miracle drink”.

Using straps… I have small hands and I’ve never had a particularly strong grip, have been using straps for the past few years and never doing any grip work, so I figured when I started using chalk, grip would still be an issue. But nope, not at all, doesn’t even feel like it’s hard to hang on to the bar with chalk.

My back beliefs :
If you’re back workout is only an hour you suck at life.

I don’t know how this happened, but for some reason the January work schedule has me working with like 5 days off the whole month…
It’s making me kinda manic cause I am super rushed and I keep trying to do things faster and faster AND FASTER!!! MWAHAH

But today is one of my only days off so I shall cherish it.
Taking advice from the thread that’s teaching me how to get men I have decided to get my hair done and buy a couple new outfits.

Excited is me.

My back workout is like 3 hours.

We should make a sitcom together. “Three people in one house, but they all have different back workout lengths! How will they ever get along?”

I dunno if I get anxiety about ass day because I hate it and it’s hard/boring, or if it’s because ass day typically falls before an off day which is the worst day of all.

OR if it’s because my off day falls before quad day which is the most mentally challenging workout I have.
OR if it’s because I have anxiety disorder
LOL
Um
Ya.

I have a mission I have given myself.
My son is in love with some man named Notch? He is the creator of minecraft or something…
He was going on and on about how he’d give anything, ANYTHING in the whole world just to talk to him. Just to say like, thank you.
Thank you sir for creating something that makes my world so WHOLEeeeeeeeeeee.
I want to somehow get this character’s autograph or get him to MSG gabe and just be like, “thanks for playing minecraft”
Anything.
Cause it would be like making a dream come true.
Like,
I can’t afford to go to Disney land or any of that shit, but maybe I can swing this somehow?
I mean, surely he’s like a B - celebrity.
I facebook messaged him, but I don’t think he will answer.
Maybe I will send a formal letter? Maybe I’ll find connections somehow?
STAY TUNED
