Keeping deadlifts light(er) from now on for a few reasons.
1.) I don’t want my hips shooting up too fast because I want this to be a hamstring/ass movement, not a back movement.
2.) I don’t want heavy deads wearing me out and affecting my other lifts on a weekly basis.

My boss texted me yesterday 5 minutes after I got to work saying he would bring up stock on Thursday :O!

One of them kept talking to me about how much money he made at one point doing pipe fitting and how he bought like 500 dollar jeans and shit.
It was in that moment that I realized a man who saves his money is smart about budgeting is more attractive than a man who makes a lot and spends it all on frivolous things.
Why, why on earth would anyone need a pair of jeans that cost 500 dollars? You know how many manatees you could adopt for that much?
