Deadlifts
Keeping deadlifts light(er) from now on for a few reasons.
1.) I don’t want my hips shooting up too fast because I want this to be a hamstring/ass movement, not a back movement.
2.) I don’t want heavy deads wearing me out and affecting my other lifts on a weekly basis.

So every Wednesday my boss brings up stock for me to put out, so every Wednesday I wear my stock putting out pants.
Which are basically the only pants I own where my butt crack doesn’t show when I bend over. Clearly that is essential for the putting out of stock with all the bending and what have you.
My boss texted me yesterday 5 minutes after I got to work saying he would bring up stock on Thursday :O!
Now I have to wear ass crack showy pants, and I’ll think I’m alone in the store and I’ll be not giving a fuck, and someone will be standing right behind me. !
I know this will happen, I just fucking know it…
