I own a Prowler and was wondering what is considered a good hard conditioning workout with Prowler on concrete?
I currently can do 10 40 yard sprints with 175lbs (counting Prowler) in 15-20 minutes and I weigh 200lbs.

Look up Prowler work on the blog on Jim’s website. There should be stuff there. Lots of ideas on T Nation as well.
If you own Forever, the chapter on the Prowler in the conditioning section has at least 4 different workouts.
I just bought a Prowler and used it the first time yesterday. The workout was only 7 minutes but I am hurting today. That stuff sneaks up on you.
