I did 4-weeks of Meltdown but really hit a wall at the end of it, ie intensity of work-out dropping, strength levels dropping, generally adapting and burning out on it. The Meltdown 2 and Fat-to-Fire Programs both look like they require you to utilize too many pieces of equipment at once in a circuit and I have a hard time dominating that much equipment at my gym without the pacing and time frame getting thrown out of whack; any suggestions for a different work-out or ways of adapting the routines so I don’t hog as much equipment? I’m going to do 5x5 eventually, but I still have a bit of fat to work off first.
What were the results of Meltdown for you? I’m going to start that for 4 weeks starting next Monday.
