Good Back Routine

I’ve searched the site for a good back routine but did not find anything. I’m looking for a tough routine that will give me thick deep lats (ones that will extend to my waist). Any help?

I was thinking:

–Medium-wide grip bentover barbell row, warm-up x15, 5 sets x 10-8-6-6-4
–Wide grip pulldown, warm-up x15, 4x8-10
–Seated lat row, 4x10-8-6-6 supersetted with
–Pullover (stiff arm or bent arm), your choice depending on shoulder structure and health, 4x10-6-6-6

or

Pull Ups – A total of 52 in 6 sets.
Seated pull downs (machine) 1 x 25 at all the weight.
Note: Above is a warmup

-Dumbbell Rows – 1 x 12.
-Dumbbell Pullovers 1 x 10.
-Barbell Rows (reverse grip) – 1 x 6
Behind-the-Neck Pulldowns – 1 x 12
Front Pulldowns (reverse grip) – 1 x 13
Cable Rows – 1 x 8
T-Bar Rows – 1 x 4

Or anything better that will develop my back very well

I would just go real basic.

Pullups
4x?

T-Bar rows
4x?

Barbell Rows
4x?

Dumbell Rows
4x?

All heavy weight, done with a stretch and with good enough form to feel it in your back.

though i am no pro or anyone with an impressive back compared to a lot of you, i believe its my best asset.

i stick to weighted pullups
heavy seated rows
bent over bb rows
and deadlifts…

i love love loooove pulling

As long as you have some pull ups, row variations in there you will be fine.

Amen brotha!

I did back today and changed things up. I really felt my lats tear up.

I started of with a warmup of 45x4 sets of chins

then i moved on to
t-bar row - 4sets of 10
wide-grip pulldowns - 4sets of 7
narrow-grip pulldowns 4sets of 7
seated cable rows - 4 sets of 10

any critique?
