Harry, I remember back in the day that was standard. But those kind of gyms have now turned into basement/garage PL gyms. But when I was a teenager all the gyms had the 225 club, 315 club, etc for the big 3.

i have no idea what i’ll be opening with on any of my lifts. i haven’t even come close to a 1 RM lift in a very long time.
Meat, I will be push/pull, haven’t gotten by gearwhoring situated to skwat this meat. In reality I haven’t had any true maxes lately. Everything I hit is conservative, and the bar speed has pretty much always been fast. Have to determine those openers over the next couple weeks.

conventional RAWWWWW pull 145 x 5 235 x 5 325 x 3 415 x 2 505 x 1 625 x 1 685 x 1 PR 705 x 0, was stupid, got cocky with how easy 685 went up, got on my toes, didn’t have my lats engaged, and was basically completely off in form. I have no fear this will go fine come 10/23.

That’s a beautiful deadlift PR. I have no doubt 705 will be nothing on meet day. That’s why it’s my favourite on meet day. It’s pure adrenaline. I live for the third pull.
Ms. O, indeed it did take 3 hours. Today was 2:45 w/prowler. Comes with lifting with a team, of sorts, I guess.

This should be a week out of the shirt for me, but being this close to the meet I wanted to get something closer to touching. My forearms ache so bad that every rep was painful. As soon as the 630 hit the 1/2 board it flew up lightening fast, mainly because I wanted to get it out of my hands.
