I am not a really big guy, but I have my concerns. I snore like a bastard and have some of those symptoms.
I have concerns. right now I need to get my septum fixed, for the past ten years it has been a smashed flap, which causes lots of snoring and sinus infections no matter my neck size…
25 minutes elliptical. just to keep move some blood around, and feel somewhat healthy. this sitting for 10 hours or more a day is killing me.
then I mowed the lawn. by this time of the year I am kinda over that…

Very happy with my deadlift Meat. What got it going is pulling with a bunch of young dudes that would have passed me by, if I didn’t put more weight on the bar. This time around will be pulling RAWWWWWW. So I will be only 1/2 a gearwhore at this meet.

i know what you mean though… Jowee has really been taking off strength wise, especially on deadlift. i can’t let that boy catch up to me, so ive really been pushing it.

God damn, awesome benching.
Have fun with the floor, me and pops are working on building and office/media room in a old shed out back. Its been a pretty fun project and an excuse to get some cool new tools.
Damn good bench session and the deadlifts are great. Been a long time since I’ve used a gym that kept records. Miss that kind of enviroment.
