Go on TRT? Biomarkers inside

This was my blood panel I just got back. Do the below biomarkers warrant a need for me to back on TRT? I haven’t been on in almost 2 years I believe. I used to blast and cruise for 8 years many years ago during my bodybuilding days. I’m 39 years old, 5’4, and about 200 lbs right now. Still fairly somewhat muscular. Diet is pretty clean, doing 40-50 mins of cardio on top of 45 mins of hard training about every day or other day.

The reason why I am apprehensive on even going back on was that I had major Nocturia at night. I’m talking like getting up to pee 10-15 times a night. TRT probably also made my sleep apnea way worse. I am pretty sure I have had sleep apnea since high school.

My goal right now is to get to 180 or 185 lbs before my 40th birthday in May. I’m desperate to lose weight and be much leaner. That means doing too much cardio, trying to diet very lean, and maintain the basics every day (sleep, water intake, etc).

Whether or not TRT, take a look at Reta. I will always use now along with my TRT. Would like be a big assistance in your trimming down.

Need ranges for your labs.

So you want to drop 15lbs. When is your B-day? Why are you desperate? What exactly does diet and training look like?
What is your current BF? What is your goal BF?
Can you post a pic?

I’m down 3 lbs from just training, cardio, dieting, sleep, etc.

My goal is to get to 190 or 195 before Feb.

Its in mid May. I’m desperate because I’m turning 40 and I want to get in the best shape possible. 40 is such huge and depressing milestone. Its a ‘do or die’ mentality to get to my goal. If I don’t have this mentality now, then I cannot afford to wait.

Training is BB split routine and I do my cardio post training with 20 mins stairs and then 20-30 mins treadmill. I like that split and its been working great so far. I’m down 3 lbs now.

Diet is 160-190g of protein, with carbs before and post workouts, and fats are low. Current BF? I’d guess probably 18-20% right now. My BF goal is probably 10-12%.

I’m not posting a pic. I will say that I used to compete (been 10 years) and still have that muscular shape but I’m 5’4 so its not that hard to be big at a short size.

You need to post the ranges and lose weight.

So you have 19ish weeks to lose 20bs? What’s the issue? You should know how to get there.
10% puts you at 180lbs if the 20% you say you are is accurate. That’s about a lb per week.

This doesn’t tell me much except your a little light on protien. Fats are low tells me nothing? I hope your eating at least 50g to fulfill your hormone requirements. Carbs around WO tells me that you eat carbs but how woul’d i know how many?
If your gonna give half answers and not complete info how can you expect any help.

You still haven’t posted the ranged for your labs so can’t really help there. I’m not gonna assume lab ranges.
