TRT Advice Needed (27 Y/O Male)

Hey, I’m Male, 27, 6ft, 152.
I’ve been suffering from constant fatigue, ibs and other BS. About 2 years ago I was told I should take Test because my levels were low. I started off with the gels that at first seemed to work, but then my levels actually decreased.

4 Months ago I started doing test cyp 100mg/wk (I was Rx’d 200mg biweekly).
Again, same story, at first seemed to be great felt much better, now feeling like crap most of the time.

My labs are spotty, but here’s what I have

Free testosterone (REF 31-94 pmol/L)
45.5pmol/L (2/8/11), 22.2 ( 11/11/11), 14 (2/17/12)
Total testosterone (REF 8.4-28.8 nmol/L)
10.4nmol/L (2/17/12), 7.4 (3/25/13), 13.9 (27/09/13), 18.4 (29/05/14)
Sex hormone binding globulin (REF 10-70 nmol/L)
47.6 nmol/L (2/17/12); 49.6 (3/25/13), 71.7 (27/09/13)
Bioavailable testosterone (2-14 nmol/L)
3.8nmol/L (2/17/12), 2.5 (3/25/13), 3.8 (27/09/13)

So 2 questions, why does this shit not seem to be working properly? And what do I need to be doing differently, i.e. I hear people mention taking anti-estrogen stuff, but I know next to nothing about this and my doctors are hard to deal with. One guy said he can’t Rx me the Test for self injections and would only do 500mg/mo in his office, others don’t want to do labs, stuff like that.

BTW any other concerns on this? I’m a bit worried that as a 27y/o I’m having these issues w/ no explanation for the cause.

Where are you located?

Edit your post above and add lab ranges.

Please post CBC data, iron, ferritin, TSH, Hematocrit

Read the thyroid basics sticky as thyroid can drag you down.

Labs are meaningless when you inject once a month. You can get any result you want by testing on a different day.

Please read the advice for new guys sticky and protocol for injections, and finding a TRT doc.

IDK why, but cant edit the thread

I am in Toronto, ON.

I inject once a week. 100mg Test E

I read the sticky’s that suggest doing hcg and arimidex, but was wondering whether I need this or not at my age. I do not trust my endocrinologist as she didn’t even mention certain side effects like my balls shrinking and not being able to have children possibly.

One of the stickies mentioned diet. Mine is pretty bad due to IBS/GERD + some weird food reactions. I try to get 1g/lb of protein. Anything more and I feel really ill. Fat at about 75g, Cho at 200-250g. I may or may not have partial Diabetes Insipidus. I seem to have had low ADH and reduced response to water deprivation tests. All I know is that when I get those weird IBS/whatever I geet pretty bad water retention and can drink a lake.

Lift 2-3x per week, muay thai 2x per week.
