Does anyone know of a rule of thumb as to how much glycogen the body can store once it’s in a completely carb depleted state?
I ask because I’m currently doing carb cycling and I have two days of very low carbs ~100 grams followed by a 600 carb day.

NO to many variables individual, size , BF% etc etc
Just load until you see visibly getting soft if your lean and youll have a good idea for next time
Or just LOAD the hell up its one day aint going to hurt that bad
