Peanut butter is the shit, it has a shitload of fat and protein. I eat a couple pb sandwiches a day as well as pb on bananas and apples.

And guess what… I eat the trans fat Peter Pan kind. Fuck Natural peanut butter!!! Out of everything healthy that I eat I will be damned if Peter Pan peanut butter is actually gonna kill me or stop me from making gains. If your “fake” PB is the only bad thing in your diet then you’re are doing alright.

While in a cutting phase, if you do cardio on an empty stomach try a combination of 5 grams L-glutamine in water followed by 5 grams of amino acids(in the forms of BCAA capsules) before your cardio session. Diet tip: Ground turkey (or chicken) breast can be substituted for ground beef in most recipes, but you do have to doctor it up a bit. Add some powdered beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powder, and just about anything else that is hiding in your spice rack.

Prepare all meals ahead of time. I like to make most of my meals for the week on Sunday, especially chicken. Each morning I just grab my meals and go. I would like SURGE!!

When going on a diet, just as when starting a lifting program, it always helps to do it with someone else. The accountability factor causes a lot of people to stick with it rather than giving up when things get tough.

I find that when i lower my salt intake during a pre-contest water shed period. It really helps with the hard look.

When your on a low carb diet avoid the low carb snacks such as candy bars and ice cream asthey use a lot of soy as filler, which is bad for testosterone. Send me some MAG-10!
