I find that a weekly cheat meal allows me to keep my sanity and gives me something to look forward to. I feel that it helps me to be more diligent with my clean eating during the rest of the week just knowing that my cheat meal is right around the corner.
I would like mag-10, of course, and the shirt should be XXL if available.
This may be obvious but if you’re trying to get cut up it’s best to avoid those new ‘gourmet’ protein bars. They may be marketed as healthy and nutritional but they are high in fat and sugar.
When dieting I find that Hot-Rox along with 10-15grams of glutamin/BCAA in the morning (30 min pre cardio) helps me keep more musclemass. Please send me a bottle of HOT-ROX if I win!
Plan your diet ahead, stay at least three weeks up on it,so you can monitor your progress and make changes as needed. This will allow you the time to fine tune it,adding or subtracting as you need.
Mag -10 ,if I get lucky.
I have learned that in order to lose fat and get lean, protein intake must be high, and calories expended must exceed calorie intake each day. If I win I would like some Hot-Rox.
Keep a food log, either online (www.fitday.com) or by hand, and make sure the portions are correct. If you fall off the wagon, just hop back on. Remember a cheat meal every once in a while is not going to hurt, it may even help. Some Vanilla low carb grow if I win.
Whether cutting of bulking; Keep a journal of what you ate, when & how much. Figure the P + C + F & Total Calories. Adjust the diet weekly to meet your goals. Planning and tracking is paramount.
My diet tip would be to keep a detailed running track of what you eat throughout the day. Planning a day ahead of time is majorly beneficial.
Follow through with this!!
The best advise I can give is to not go to low on carbs right away. Slowly work your carbs down to see your best level. I suffered too much lean muscle loss by droping to zero carbs first, when I only needed to be as low as 100-150g to lean out. Keep your food log and slowly work your way done the carb ladder.
Green Tea is very helpful. Most people enjoy that little kick of caffine and as long as you do it in moderation, it should work fine. But Green Tea is more benefitial than other teas, due to the chemicals in it targeting the burning of fat. Also, as a training suppliment, drinking the tea before lifting will give you an extra kick of energy and caffine has been found to reduce the uncomfortable muscle burning while lifting.
I would like Biotest Surge if I win. Thank you.
When dieting I find that it is easiest when EVERYTHING is tracked. Center your carbs around your workout while avoiding large amounts of carbs and fats in the same meal (a la Berardi). And don’t forget . . . . drink you water! Please send me a bottle of HOT-ROX if I win, as I am tryin’ to lean out now!
It’s almost summer. Get a gas grill and cook everything on that. A plain piece of chicken tastes a whole lot better on the grill. Mag 10 is the greatest supplement ever!!!
