GHR versus Reverse Hypers

For us “old guys” (I’m 40), what are your thoughts on the Glue Ham raise machine versus the Reverse Hyper?

If starting your own home gym with a budget, which one would you take? I like the Reverse Hyper for training explosive movements, but the GHR for bodybuilding the posterior chain. And what about the these machines for lower back rehab?
