Your dumbbells don’t have any rust =] That is also one large rack. Power rack I mean, though your dumbbell rack is good size too. That’s one thing about having your own gym. Stuff that seems extra, like a dumbbell rack (or plate trees) is key for optimizing space. There’s the coolness factor too, but space is at a premium unless you live in a mansion.
Yeah I don’t have much room. I would like to get those magnets that you attach to the dumbbells since my DB’s increment by 10 from 60 to 100’s but I am happy with what I got.

And my brothers hate me when I move.

I’ve got increments of 5 from 3 (except these) to 65. I use handles and plates for anything other than those. I have olympic and standard handles.
I haven’t moved since having all this stuff, but now that you mention it that would be a good time for an off week huh?

Another guy with that Marcy bench. Third or 4th so far. Does the adjustable part of yours tilt a bit too?
I bought it bc it was cheap! It goes from steep incline down to slight decline.

Mine came with the machine, but what I meant was the top part that raises or declines points slightly to one side on mine. Another guy has one that said the same thing. I was just curious.
Theres a lot you can do with limited space and a little creativity. This is in my home, posted them before but am really happy with what I put together.
Its taken me about 5 years to put this together. Started ot with a Bowflex I bought through a local paper, turned around and sold it on e-bay for a $400 profit and started building from there. Once I had all the equipment I needed I finished my basement added some mats and hooked up the sound. The great thing about it is I have a window built in so I can look out into my 2 sons playroom and keep track of them while i’m working out.

How long have you had those DB’s (rusty ones) for Trib? >>>
All different times. The light ones new, some at garage sales and some I traded computer work/stuff for. I love training at home. If I wasn’t currently unemployed and pretty much broke I’d have a membership somewhere too, but nothing beats not having to leave the house.
Concrete floor, walls covered with Soviet Bloc glass tiles from the 1960s. There used to be a wall next to the stairs but I knocked it down - hence light switch hanging in midair suspended by wires with 220 V running through them. Bare light bulb hanging from the ceiling, of course. And two parts of a decades-old couch serving as a barrier so I don’t fall down the stairs.
I could move the lifting to the garage and have room for a squat rack, bench etc. but to be honest I’m making progress so obviously what I’ve got is sufficient. Of course I do lots of hack squats and pistols.

Digging up an old thread. Here’s where I lift.
