“I want to be ‘Holy shit’, I have nothing in common with ‘I think he works out… maybe’”.
This was something I read from Professor X. Ever since that has been my only goal. It has been the thing I live by. Once you set your mind to do something, the path becomes laid out for you. Cant squat? Pull a sled. Cant afford it? Make one.
I say this becuase I’m noticing a lack of determination. For example, you cant focus on a goal, then say you’ll mostly get fat, say supps are too expensive etc. Listen, if you are set to become “Holy shit”, then everything else will fall into place.

Alright here is what I am going to do finally:
GoMad 2 months gain 35lb~( 15lb gain muscle) , then stick with anabolic diet for around 6 months. Revert to GoMad then anabolic diet for another 6 months.
2 years and 30lb of muscle mass is reasonable. That’s 2 inches all around

I would put money on you not following that plan through. If your going to try and gain 35lbs 2 months and if your natural I doubt 15 of that will be muscle and by doubt I would guess maybe 4lbs tops? Just relax and do the simple things everyone else said

I think you’re confusing the Captain America trailer for reality son.
Why set your sights so low!!! Go for 34lbs of muscle in 28 days, write a book on it, and get a small internet cult following of weak scrawny kids training just like you…
OP, if your training is on point, your diet is good AND you’re doing the GOMAD thing you should be able to pack on some serious size in a month or so. I had a good friend do just that and he put on a good amount of weight (20+ lbs in 5-6 weeks I believe) and honestly didnt gain any noticeable fat. His diet and training were dialed in though and he just struggled with getting in extra cals.
If I was you I would type out less promises and spend that time busting your ass in the gym/kitchen. You can do it if you really want to. Good luck

Honestly, no one cares what you plan to do until you have some real significant before and after pictures.
Most of the people here do nothing but talk about what they plan to do.

I guess they’ll actually do it one day.[/quote]
Your presence on these forums is becoming increasingly more useless and inflammatory. If you are going for the motivation angle, you missed the mark.

Yup, he has been here 3 fucking months man, and bought one whole thing…
OP, Jesus dude. Your body won’t gain X amount of bodyfat if you eat Y amount of food. Your body is a complex organism that doesn’t give a damn about what some article says. Drinking a gallon of milk a day…I wouldn’t do ti. A lot of people do, but I wouldn’t.
It sounds like you want to get ‘huge in a hurry’ and probably put on some fat, then do the AD to lose that fat, but still gain muscle in the process. Sorry, but it just doesn’t work like that. Why not just slowly and intelligently gain at a rate that is MANAGEABLE over that 2 year period? Just fuck your muscles up by lifting weights, then go home and throw fuel into the mix by eating food. You DO NOT NEED to count calories, give up carbs, or roll on the Shavis. Just be normal and level-headed.
