So the quicker you get fat, the more muscle you’ll get. Then, when your like 25, 260, and you realize that worthwhile bitches don’t give a rats ass about a 20 year old who isn’t rich/famous/very well hung, you’ll dedicate your early 20’s to becoming rich/famous/really well hung.

Obviously, since I look like a jacked holocaust victim who let SS guards tap me for extra meals, I’ve decided to become well hung. I like the GVT program personally, has anyone had any success doing it?

muscleinkorea I will look into that diet. I just cycled off pct, did 4-ad for 4 weeks then 3 weeks pct.

Just a tip if your spending money on 4-ad or anything EAT ALOT( most of you know) I realized that a little too late. very novice move of me

I was maybe eating 100 grams of protein at most per day, but I did see a lot of strength gain and im happy about that. Everything went up

6-8 months before doing another cycle, I am thinking anavar. Whens is the earliest to do a cycle. BTW I do test to see if my test levels are at norms going off pct. Making everything safe

at your level I wouldnt even think about doing a cycle (much less ANOTHER Cycle given your current state) I think you would better served by dialing in your training and nutrition.

I used/use glutamine, alpha lipoic, ginger roots, l-carnitine, bcaa, jack3ed, fish oil, multi vitamine, magnesium
a couple more that I cant remember on the top of my head.

I use fish oil if I remember to take it. If you’re at or near my level, you don’t need a single supplement aside from intensity and enough food to grow. Why would you spend money on all that shit. Glutamine - useless. ALA - why? Ginger roots - huh? L-Carnitine - guys at max muscle say it’ll make you jacked, I call bullshit. BCAA - why supplement with this shit if you’re not dieting or very advanced with an intra wokout drink? Jack3d or whatever - complete waste of time; on days when I REALLY need a surge of energy i get a Spike Shooter from 7-11. Magnesium?

The only supps worth taking are multi v’s and fish oil, and even those are meh if you cover all your nutritional bases. Stop relying on stupid shit to get results that anybody working hard could get. Save your supps for a serious cutting diet or when you’re way more advanced. I used to do the same thing and it didn’t help at all.

I used to take lot of no-boosters, creatine, multis which have portions of 9 tablets and capsules, different types of protein, eat religiously chicken and rice every 3 hours and I looked like shit, felt like shit.

Now I just grind my balls and teeth in the gym with lot of solid food, and I’m getting bigger. I’m doing something wrong, because I always see guys with less training background and developement using cca. 10 types of supplements (eg. joint supplementation formulas for 16 yo wannabees, taking animal pack, no-xplode superpump and other type of shit which basically looks like antifreeze liquid)

No point. Protein is the only thing which has value for someone at my level of development.

Alright here is what I am going to do finally:

GoMad 2 months gain 35lb~( 15lb gain muscle) , then stick with anabolic diet for around 6 months. Revert to GoMad then anabolic diet for another 6 months.

2 years and 30lb of muscle mass is reasonable. That’s 2 inches all around

Your making it more complicated than needed. Just eat enough to gain weight and strength. Watch the mirror and make sure you don’t let your self get too sloppy. Use monthly or bi monthly progress pics. Sometimes the mirror can trick you. Make sure your weights are increasing and you are progressing.
