Getting Stronger with Weight 60% & Below

Hello, I don’t know that much about weightlifting so be indulgent please. I can’t load my spine with weight until I definitely fix my posture to a level near perfection which might take a while, I am currently seeing a chiropractor and doing a bunch of stuff to fix it. I can’t do any squat or deadlift variation. I have a training split layed out where I do alot of front squat and everything I can to make up for it.

I found out recently that I can lift painless with my ‘‘new posture’’ with approximately 60% of my 1 rm for these movement (+/- 225 lbs for the squat and 315 lbs for the deadlift) with very low volume and reps. I plan to squat and deadlift like this with the highest frequency possible on top of my current split. Basically I want to become very explosive and proficient with those weight and maybe a little heavier later.

Do you guys think this approach (training with no heavier than 60-70% of your 1rm) will get me anywhere or should I forget about it and focus entirely on the recovery? I am aware no one here knows what problem I have exactly and no one knows ‘‘how my body work’’ like me (you know what I mean) but since there is a bunch of guys with a lot of experience and knowledge here that is why I am asking.
