Getting Nasal Strips to Stay On

I’ve used nasal strips in the past to help me breathe better @ night and when I’m not feeling good. But they only stay on for about 5-10 mins.

Even if I wash my fast etc… they still don’t stick worth crap.

How do NFL and sports players get them to stay on? Especially when they are active and sweating?

Do they use some kind of glue or adhesive?

Hot Glue…i know it sounds unbelievable, but those football players are nuts…they numb their noses with a shot of cortisone and then they hot glue the breathe right strips on…Talking about T-Men…

? For real hot glue?
Where’d you hear that?

Cortizone to numb? Do you mean lidocaine?

Has anyone tried this technique before?

Have you tried staples?

YEah lidocaine…my bad, I remember players on my team getting both shots and B12…But this one kidd on my team he was nuts, if he couldnt get lidocaine in time he would just superglue them because the hot glue would hurt so much…the only bad side is that he wore the same strip for 4 days until his natural face oil would peel off the strip…crazy football players

lol…

use latex glue. it’s the same stuff actors use to adhere masks to their face for creatures/monsters. you can find it at any costume /party store.

I wear them at night sometimes and have never had an issue with them coming off. If anything, they are a little hard to peel off in the morning!

I use the breath right strips, I just wipe my nose off to make sure its dry and it stays on all night.
