Something was off while I was benching. My tris locked up pretty fast. When I moved back to the Hammer Strength machine I could see that the bar I had been benching with was crazy bent. I don’t know how I didn’t notice until I was done.

Gonna eat a thick ass ribeye and baked potato for dinner.

edit: Steak was amazing. After I ate it, I had gained 8 lbs since waking up. Went for another 2.14 mile walk after dinner.

I for one can say I do not help Doogie in staying on his diet.

But he is doing good and not caving in 90% of the time.

Down 6.8 lbs in three weeks, but barely any last week. I was out of town for three days, and my son came back from the summer at his mother’s house. I’ve been eating what he eats since he’s been back. That stops today.
