Getting Bigger for Football

I’m a slot receiver getting ready for college football. I’m 5’8" 160, and I want to be 5’8" 180. I eat about three meals a day along with three protein pulses a day. With the protein pulses I’ve been doing 35g of protein rather than the regular 20 mag10 pulse because I read an article on protein pulsing that said you should be doing at least thirty g of protein per pulse. I’m also on plasma and indigo 3G.

I’ve been lifting three days a week. Wednesday is 4x4 hang cleans 2x2 low pulls 4x5 bench press integrated with 4x8 dumbbell row 3x6 step ups and 3x8 med ball push ups. Friday is 4x4 push presses 3x6 backward lunges 4x8 incline press integrated with 4x10 pull ups 3x8 dumbbell press integrated with 3x10 inverted rows and then a finish of max out close grip diamond push ups. Monday I’ve got whatever they give me to do at parisi speed school which is where I got the rest of the lifting program.

Obviously being a football player I’m trying to gain this weight while maintaining or even increasing speed and power. I’ve also got spondylolysis in my l5 vertibrae so I’m trying to keep big loads off my spine. And with the plasma is one scoop the 65 g that equals 1 serving it doesn’t say on the bottle. Thank you to anybody who can help me

I have a scale & one full scoop is about 65g…it’s not perfect, but very close if you do not weigh it out. Check out the dead-squat bar…it would be great for heavy leg work without a big load on your spine
