Getting and staying MASSIVE

Hey all!

I’m currently on a mass cycle (using Mag 10)and was wondering…
When you put mass (10-20 pds.)on over a relatively short period of time what measures to you take to maintain the newly acquired beef?
It’s understood that one needs to consume more calories of course. The macronutrient profile needs to be precise as well (if it’s going to be lean mass).
Any other essentials that have been helpful for you in your quest to be LARGE?

Lets hear them…

you have to lower workout volume right after…account for those new 20 lbs of muscle in your calories ( like you said) and def make sure you recover HPTA function. Tribex and M work well also 6-oxo isnt bad if you think you are really supressed. Personally i maintained about 8lbs out of 12 lbs LBM and i just increased calories and just went into maintaince mode. I also unloaded on creatine but in future i would stay loaded for atleast a month post. I think the most important is keep working out but make sure you work out like your not on mag-10 hehe. It nice to have a monster helping you out, but when its gone you go back to human mode…

I read somewhere here on t-mag that you should keep training heavy but with lower overall volume to help solidify gains. I think that came from Bill Roberts.

Check out part 3 of the growth surge project…

Decreasing your training frequencey from the what one might follow on mag-10 and using something more strength orientated like 5X5 or anti-bb is a good idea. Methoxy+red-kat+creatine can’t hurt either.

I will be following Mag 10 up with the traditional Tribex/M combo to keep the T percolating.
My calories will reach new levels during the cycle. I’m planning on keeping them up there after. That much is a must.
Has anyone had any experience with the Red Kat yet?

Training: Intensity and strength will stay up but volume will drop accordingly.

Is there anyone else out there that would like to engage in a Massive Mag 10 support thread?
