Getting a pump without heavy weights

I was wondering if getting a muscle pump without the heavy weights is possible. I’m going to my home town for 1 month. There’s no access to the gym. Every time I stop working out I loose weight soo quickly. I need help how to keep my muscle. Also can using very light dumbbells (6kg each) help me with a pump if I do a short workout now and then when I’m there

What you’re losing is inflammation and water. You’re not going to lose an appreciable amount of muscle in 1 month. If you DO, seek immediate medical attention, as you may have some sort of muscle wasting disease or flesh eating bacteria.

You can get a pump with light dumbbells, or even with some bodyweight work. Push ups, air squats, etc. Check out the website “wodwell” to come up with workouts based on limited equipment.

Do you have bands? I’d buy some. I travel with them. Incredibly versatile tool for just this purpose.

Just do bodyweight stuff for a month. Gymnasts and soldiers have no problem with this.

As others have said, you have nothing to worry about. Push ups, pull ups, squats, sit ups, sprints… you literally have so many options. You could come back in much better shape than when you left.

Definitely dude! That site is addicting: too easy to get lost doom scrolling, haha. Apparently, Dan John’s “Dan John University Workout Generator” is like this on another level. You tell it your goals, your equipment, and your limitations (I can train X days per week for X minutes) and it gives you a program.
