Get Vertical Program

Hi Christian!

What does a typical workout from your “get vertical” prgram look like? Is it similar to the workout that you posted two days ago on instagram? → A combination of power exercices like the Snatch and plyometrics?

And do you think it’s a good addition, even if I already have the “athletic performance program” and the “Explosiveness Addon”?
