Get Out Of My Gym

Come on in you fucking you fucking whore,
Just make sure you shut the door
I’ll give you a buck if you suck my cock,
Even more for an anal fuck

I want a vaneral disease,
The worst of the STDs
I want chunky goo to flow from my dick,
To feel broken glass shoot out of my prick
It is so rancid and so thick, it would make a surgeon sick

As I shove my putrid fountain of filth,
Down your throat,
You start to scream like a dying goat
SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU STUPID BITCH!
SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!
That’s the last straw! you really pissed me off!
You cant stop, just to cough!
Eat my seed, its all you’ll need, it’s the last time you will feed!
Because when I am done, you will join the others
thrown through a wood chipper, and fed to pigs.

Thanks for the blood blisters, now I will move on to your mom and sisters!

Oh. that’s a song called Cock Blister, by a band called Mucopus, I thought it would suit this thread.

It’s kinda like a guy calling me right after Christmas that I barely know wanting me to help him in the gym. I’m thinking, if I remember right you’ve been a slob all your life, what makes you think you’ll do it now. I just told him I didn’t have time.

Oh I forgot to add, his motivation was his wife left him and he needed to get buff to get the chicks.

Why do you ridicule people with legitimate fears? Try to remember where you started from…

If you are really bothered by this situation then you should seek to inspire and mentor those who lack confidence.

Strong people who ridicule the weak are morally bankrupt.

Follow your own advice and stay out of my gym; I do not want any negativity in my dojo.

And yes, I mentioned that we have the curl bar. He was nice enough and hopped out of the squat rack quick, which was a good thing. But I just hate having to deal with this year after year, always the same types and you almost NEVER see them stick with it. [/quote]

I find it amazing that people gripe about gym etiquette and newbies but none ever mention trying to alleviate the situation by respectfully explaining the rules to them. How does one expect newbies to learn the rules?

Those who complain but do nothing are merely complainers; those that seek to fix the situation are leaders. Whom of the two get more respect?

Eh, I think in most situations it isn’t called for to approach someone else training. If there hadn’t been a straight curl bar setup I wouldn’t have said a thing, but in a situation like that it’s just someone new to the gym who didn’t know what was available. I would never point out a training flaw (unless someone is doing something that would guarantee injury), and there’s little else that would cause me to approach someone in the gym. Most stuff I just find overly funny (like the guy yesterday who had a tight black tanktop, black short-shorts–think Celtics of the 70’s–white knee-high socks, old-school Reebock Pumps, a black headband and matching wristbands, a lifting belt, a strap for his mp3 player, and HUGE headphones…and the dude was about 45 years old and 280+, I shit you not).

I think the real complaint is about the people whose only involved in something we all love just as a fade for a short period of time. Just like the guy I mentioned, I have no problem helping someone in the gym who actually will show a little dedication.

Shut the fuck up you hippy. People that constantly shoot their mouth off about negativity and helping everyone need to be exterminated. You’re the same type of person that walks around telling people their minds are jaded and blaming everything on the government.

It is not my business to help some sackless piece of shit better himself, wtf do I care about him? I don’t, so he can fuck off. He is simply taking up space in a place he has no business to be in. It’s one thing if you’re trying, it’s another thing completely if you are just wasting everyone’s time.

When I started out I learned as I went, and I mostly learned from observing and reading, not running around expecting people to tell me what to do. That’s how life is, you have to learn shit on your own, you cant expect people to show you everything. Regardless, none of that matters if you are too scared to do anything in the first place.

I like turtles.

I thought this thread needed this again.

I really have completeley overcame the urge to “help” people in the gym. I’m a selfish bastard and I want the equipment all to myself. I want the newbies to stay on the tread mills and bosu balls and stay out of my free weight area.

In 2 weeks it will be back to normal in my gym

B- Bad Boys

Today the first thing I saw in the gym was some jackass taking up an entire bench to do abs with a swiss ball and pass it back and forth between his hands and legs. I was more amused by this than frustrated because he looked so ridiculous.

Stronghold: Where is the paperwork for the dungeon, lets get this done asap.

I agree with this. I think most lifters here are actually pretty selfish (I know I am). I would prefer everyone else in my gym to hit the road or the treadmills and not hog the bench.
