the ALA conversion is very poor for most people
and the rich sources of ALA are also rich sources of omega 6 such as flaxseed, so in the end my 6:3 ratio would still be way off
Thats why nature made it so you eat sprouting grains with omega content and a variety. I would still suggest people take a good small fish oil and borage oils in about equal proportions, but also germinating grains which contain the active enzymes to create the prostaglandins.
germinating full grain is not only the key to longevity and raw strength, but also to virility. Everyone in here must at least acknowledge the power of oats to liberate testosterone, itās good to have prostglandins, but there is so much more in grain than proteins, fats and vitamins.

You havenāt contributed anything.
Right now I am eating a big bowel (proabaly bout 3 cups worth) or broccoli and cauliflower.
but I steamed them and put salt and red pepper on them so looks like my anus will flip inside out wont?
this is a snack to hold me over because I have a pound of chuck steak and another pound of chicken legs cooking getting ready for me to scarf them down too.
I gained a ton of weight recently.
I tried that raw food thing,I tried hardcore vegan along with just plain vegetarian diets.
difference is vegans wont eat or drink dairy or eggs,vegatarians will at times.
I also tried the moderate eating portion control things,guess whatā¦
I kept getting fatter yes I was staying the same weight but I was getting bigger and I was getting weaker,all I wanted to do is stay in bed and when I was up I was a nervous,confused wreck.
and then I started eating mainly protien sources as far as meat wise with green vegs on the side of that. I eat more today than I have in the last 3 years and I also drink a gallon of cow juice a day.
I am staying at 280-290 in weight but friday on my heavy day I was able to do 2 pullups something I was not able to do since 2003 I actually broke down later like a little baby because if you think about it I did a 300 pound pull up that in itself is a feat and I actually have a sense of pride now because of my newly returned strength.
I am up to 10 pushups also something I have not been able to do since i gained the weight that I have.
also 3 months ago I had a goal to bench press half my body weight,a goal which I have blown away weeks ago.
also for cardio I run yes people look at me odd because the treadmill is crying nae down right screaming,but I run not jog,not walk I flat out run for 30 mins.
my arms have exploded in size and instead of some blob I now have what looks like muscles emerging from my endless amounts of fat.
I am also to the point where my pants are falling off of me.
I walk around looking like a damned clown because I keep hikeing up my pants to keep them up and my mother and I went shopping recently and she was walking behind me laughing.
she told me she was laughing at my dress.(my shirts now look like moo-moos)
now the really odd thing is this.
if I dont eat right the day before meaning about 2 pounds of meat along with vegis and my shakes.
I do not perform the next day as well.
I am winded after about 10 mins and I get stuck on lifts that I usually blast out a few days before with no problems.
I know this because I am attempting a hard core diet to get my fat level down quickly and I have a hard time without eating large amounts of animals.
