CT,
Would it be a bad idea to ignore the lifting styles in Get Jacked Fast and just use the Perfect Rep Method? I’ve become so accustomed to lifting explosively I dont want to go back!!!

hey thanks for the answer
BODYPUMPâ?¢ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Itâ??s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMPâ?¢ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45-minute or one-hour workout. Youâ??ll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights.
Burn up to 600 calories per class for fat loss
Improve your strength
Improve your general fitness
Shape and tone your muscles
Improve your bone density (helps ward off osteoporosis)
Gives you a sense of achievement

“Toning”. That’s BS.
Is it possible to swap the glutamine for anything else? Or can you get it from natural substances? I’m looking at glutamine supplements, and to get that many grams post workout would take 6 servings of the most loaded stuff I found, and I simply cannot afford to pay that much money for supplements.
I was also curious as to whether or not the multivitamin by Poliquin could be swapped for something else (less expensive).
Thib,
Whats the purpose of stutter reps? just want to have a firm understanding of what you’re putting us through ![]()
Thanks!
I also have a question about this.
on the hell weeks, do we consume the peri workout nutrition for both workouts? If not which workout?
Didn’t see this mentioned anywhere, but maybe i missed it.
thanks
Good mafternoon all,
I discovered coach Thibaudeau’s writing only a few weeks ago, and I am very impressed…The reason I post this is I have a couple of questions regarding get jacked fast. I am probably going to buy the program anyways, but here goes:
I saw the first phase, and the nutrition associated with that phase. It is supposed to be a moderate diet, but from what I saw it has to be at least 3500 calories a day for that period? I might be wrong though as I calculated pretty fast and without a software, plus I love veggies and can eat a ton so that comes into play for me
I am guessing the program is aimed as more of a g-flux type of diet, with more calories but lots of exercise to create a caloric deficit? And if I am already at, or very close to, 10% bodyfat, should I still expect results from such a program?
Thank you!
Did you calculate that based on your weight? 3500 isn’t alot for someone who lifts and is over 180.
