Get a JACKED upper body with just 2 exercises:

  1. The Strict Dip

  2. The Strict Pull-Up

There’s tons of great exercises, but there’s not really any better exercises for building a lean, strong, and muscular upper body than dips & pull-ups.

I always prefer to keep training simple. Simple is effective.
