Push / Pull Supersets

Supersets are my favorite way to train as they make your training more efficient and effective.

Here’s 3 classic supersets proven to get you great results:

  1. Horizontal push & pull ie. Flat bench pressing paired with a rowing variation

  2. Vertical push & pull ie. Overhead press paired with a strict pull-up or lat pull down

  3. Biceps and Triceps ie. DB curls paired with tricep push downs. The Bro superset

Supersets not only improve the efficiency/quality of your training, but they also improve and maintain structural balance in your body.
