For time & Quality:

Accumulate a 200m of Gun walk

*start with 5 curls straight into a max distance Gun walk

*once you hit failure, do 10 close grip strict push-ups and then immediately resume starting back with 5 curls.

I finished my last upper body workout with this and it blew me up :fire::flushed::muscle:t2:
