On the above article there’s a link to Charles Poliquin’s German Body Composition Training, but it does not work!

Im going to start the V-Diet in a week or so and figured that GBC would go well it. So if anyone could explain why the links not working…or point me to another article on GBC by Charles Poliquin id be very grateful
