Maybe it’s because my ankles are only 7 1/5 inches (and I’m less than 5’5").

My chest is naturally my best muscle,my arms too.I’ve never trained my arms properly and they’re 17 inches.
My calves are pathetic,my forearms aren’t much better and I have a wide waist,which pisses me off.
Wider clavicles and/or bigger hands and wrists. Would gladly trade my fast-growing glutes for either of these.

Worst: calves and forarms (tried to focus training on them both at times but with no significant changes…just gotta keep eating)

Don’t complain, I’m only 5’6".
Upper body is definitely my weak point, although my traps seem to grow nicely (lots of cleans?). Chest/arms especially are frustrating because while I’m generally stronger overall than a lot of people in my gym, good squat, dead etc, my bench is nothing to brag about and that’s all people seem to focus on. Quads seem to grow alarmingly well and…I have a big ass?

Best is definitely lower body to include calves, butt and forearms. family butt disease is rampant for me thats for sure. but calves and forearms really are almost all genetic. my dad has bigger calves then i do and has practically never lifted a weight in his life. Chest, back, and triceps aren’t bad either.
Worst is probably shoulders and biceps. For whatever reason i have always had weaker shoulders.
Also, it can sometimes be a lot harder for me to put on weight, be it muscle or fat. I am the guy who eats the bag of candy right before bed and loses weight. that is a blessing or a curse depending on how you feel about eating haha.
Calves seem to be the winner so far. I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one. I’m going to start working on them.
Strengths: Chest, legs (size, not strength… my squat sucks)
Weaknesses: Bis and Tris, and until recently, back
It probably sounds bro-ey, but it’d be sweet if my arms and shoulders grew a lot easier.
Strength: Back/Chest/Bi’s/Quads/Hamstrings
Weakness: Calves/Forearms/Tri’s
Calves and forearms are so ridiculously slow growing that I kinda go crazy working on them.

I’ve never seen an asian with small calves. They are always massive.
^^ I agree that you can see some really great legs here in Taiwan, and I mean the men too! Also: lots of great shoulder caps… I mean the kind that actually let you see that there is such a thing as muscles on the shoulder…as by looking at me you’d never know it!

Those lower legs are perfect. Well done!
Tight ankles are a lucky thing to have…mine are quite gracile also. My ankles are barely 10", the calf 18.5’ (right leg)
My wrists are tiny, at 7.2" and the forearm flexed is 14" that helps the forearm look bigger, but I have little baby hands that are weak (still can’t close my #2 CoC gripper)

Nope actually I am Italian, sporting none of the Italian traits haha.
For me my its delts and glutes. But the glutes grow way to fast and way too much. Ass is huge.
Lats and chest are genetically decent, legs are a bitch.
