Dorian, by my reckoning, had as much desire as Michael jordan, an appealing frame that he was lucky enough to take advantage of. Some fat kid at summer camp in a few weeks could, with the right mental fortitude, do the same. Then suddenl we’d all say he had “superior” genetics. What a bunch of fucktards who are unable to think about something. Marzouk, you have 0 credibility in this forum and pretend you do. I have 0 credibility and make it very obvious I don’t.
If it were so hard to be a bodybuilder, it wouldn’t be a sport that so many of us love. I don’t care who you are, steroids ruined every pro sport. There is an invisible line you must cross and forever lie about. Hard work is a must, but the ideals of competition, a fair playing field where men and women test themselves against each other with their only benefits being the mechanisms within their body, those days are destroyed. Bodybuilding, I think more than anything, suffers.
I am really surprised you are on T NATION yet have no clue how steroids work…yes u can go from skinny using it and some hardwork. How your body reacts to drugs is the most critical factor to becoming a pro. but I guess thats genetics too
I see . Steroids can make you go from skinny to a 6 time Mr. Olympia WITHOUT awesome genetics. Yup, I’m the clueless one.

Good, now you can join the cool club I guess? I talk for my own pleasure. Some people might benefit, but I don’t mind if you don’t.
If you talk for your own pleasure it’s pretty much the same as masturbation so please go and jack off else where and stop flinging your retarded semen around here.

Seriously dude, your genetics dictate/limit your max potential. Hardwork and suppliments allow you to reach that potential. I’m not a scientist but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express.

We have the same gene code. Face it, you are an elite specimen, and any failures you face can be attributed to either a lack of hard work or plain unluckiness in life. Bodybuilding, like many other endeavors, requires only time, resources, dedication, and luck.
So how big are you?
If you’re not Ronnie Coleman size by now, you’re doing it wrong!

…yeah, I’m getting trolled here.

Wait, so we know, for a fact, indisputably, that Dorian wasn’t using steroids the day he stepped into a gym. And that, indisputably, he had never preformed any type of manual labor before he stepped into a gym to lift at 16. And, indisputably, Kai Greene was 225lbs natural.

Haha its fair to say your closer to Ronnie than me. I’m not doing it wrong, but winning the olympia isn’t the only right.

lol @ dorian’s genetic. if anything dorian is the proof that you can never know what your genetic potential is anyway so why bother with this whole argument. hardwork nd drugz will make anyone big. end of.
Dorian Yates benched 315lb the first time he ever benched…when he was 16!!! yeah genetics have nothing to do with it,
WHAT A FUCKING BELL END!!!
Also heard mike tyson benched 225 his first time.
Mike Tyson, incredibly driven with awesome coaching and support from a young age that unfortunately fell apart at around 22, which combined with likely steroid abuse, cocaine abuse, and repeated blows to the head, made for an unfortunate elixer.
No I am not saying MIKE TYSON IS ONLY SUCCESSFUL BECAUSE OF STEROIDS. But it is likely that at several points in his career he used them as a crutch.

But you don’t think that if you could eat, breath, inject, and dream getting bigger from 16 onwards, which many current pros have done since there is a talent pipeline in bodybuilding, you wouldn’t be bigger today?

My observations make it seem like you frequently spend nights alone, forever. Also, your avatar is to men beating on each other in spandex suits, but that’s straight right. nice ass spidey
There is this exact same thread in the T-cell, and it is unfortunately similar to this. I just forced my opinion on people. Serious question, which one am I in the avatar, and who weighs more?
Edit: When all the current big lifters only frequent the t-cell and refuse to engage with the new kids, we run the risk of letting the retards run wild. I understand its importance, but it stifles discussions to a bunch of people afraid to step on toes and allows ego’s to grow.

By that logic, we would have 500lb pro’s stage ready.
