Netflix selection for Canada is garbage. I’m sure it will get better however, I cancelled my subscription for the time being before they charge me the monthly rate. All of it was no name movies.

Fallout New Vegas has been patched 3 times and is finally playable. Incredible game, I’ve been enjoying it more than Fallout 3 since the bugs/glitches have been taken care of. Anyone else playing this?
Yes about 14 hours in, shake my head in shame. Question does the patches download automatically?
It did on the PC through steam…360 and ps3 I’m not so sure…

Have you seen the HD7? What did you think of it?
WP7 launched here on the 21st - ahead of the US schedule which is the 8th of Nov I think. So far, I’m having a hard time seeing their “$500 million” budget at work. I really hope they put some serious advertising into this platform - so far it’s a real contender. It’s missing some features but the overall design really is awesome - you have to see one in action hands-on to get a feel for it.
The HD7 looks good but not great - similar construction as the Desire HD. I’m not one for such a large phone either. Few reasons; they keep the same resolution while scaling up the display, it doesn’t look as good as the Mozart IMO - I LOVE the unibody aluminium design.
Storage is 16gb on the HD7, but 8gb (on the Mozart) is more than enough for me because I only need music on there, and 25gb free Skydrive storage will cover any photo’s etc. That kickstand seems a little pointless too (for me at least), so I went with the other option.
Samsung has the best display overall, but I can’t get over the poor design of their phone.
I really think the Office and XBOX integration is going to give Microsoft the edge. November is a big month for them with WP7, Kinect and a new 360 dashboard update - and the next 6 months will really test these 2 new technologies.

I’m the only one not really enjoying the game.
Really? Just out of curosity why not? The pace is slower than any FPS and has a more story line so I can see a lot of people being turned off by that.
I don’t know. I liked growing up as a kid in Fallout 3. I like the feeling of “Holy shit, what do I”
In this game, it feels like I already know what to expect. I don’t want to grind for those 20-30 levels of experience.
But I haven’t had the time to play it completely, so I guess I’m being gay about it.

Yes you are being gay, HaHaHa.
But really I dont think they could do it again like that, people would be complaining about how slow it is to start. I agree that was a compeling aspect of “Holy shit, what do I do”.
After all the hours I put in this one, the creatures are harder to kill. Words of wisdom do not take on a bunch of “Cazador” things with out a flamer you will get your ass killed unless you burn these fuckers.

Ugh, once again it is happening…I find myself reinstalling WoW. From what i saw, they changed an assload of stuff. Lol damn my friends…
Once a addict always a addict! I was tempted to check it out too but I doing my best to resist temptation.

They changed things around. You only get like 34 Talent points now, redid the leveling system/talent trees, fumbled around with chars.

I played it for a while over the summer, fun game, definitely made things a lot more user friendly when compared to the old school MMOs (EQ). I may try it again over the winter break to see how badly they f’d up the classes or IF they did.
I’ve been playing FO: NV lately, it’s great, minus the truly A-fucking-stounding amount of bugs and glitches. Feels like I paid 60 bucks to beta test the game for them.
I shouldn’t really be shocked though, last game Obsidian released was Alpha Protocol and it as bugged to high hell too.
It’s nothing new or special (some definite improvements) but if you liked FO3 mechanics and liked the feel of FO2 it’s definitely worth a rent (don’t buy it at the moment, some people on the 360 are experiencing truly game-stopping bugs).

I love WoW but it got to the point to where I wasn’t playing to play the game but playing for my friends in game. So even if I didn’t want to play I would any way b/c I didnt want to leave my friends out to dry. I have been tempted to go back an play but I know it will only be fun for about a week.
I dont plan on playing another MMO till Star Wars: The Old Republic comes out, till then it’ll be MLB The Show, Block Ops (when it comes out) and what ever else I have the time/$$$ to play.
I haven’t decided if I should pick up Fallout: New Vegas or Fable 3. I’m leaning toward Fallout since Fable 2 was shitty IMO and from what I’ve heard Lionhead dumb the Fable series down again.
Btw Guild Wars 2 is going to destroy WoW. It’s the first game to make me actually consider upgrading my PC. Now we just need a release date for it.
