Ugh, once again it is happening…I find myself reinstalling WoW. From what i saw, they changed an assload of stuff. Lol damn my friends…
Once a addict always a addict! I was tempted to check it out too but I doing my best to resist temptation.
They changed things around. You only get like 34 Talent points now, redid the leveling system/talent trees, fumbled around with chars.

So im kinda curious.
34 talent points and 34 gigs later…

I told myself I won’t be buying cataclysm. I truly just don’t have the time anymore and the gear progression has gotten to be a joke. The game as a whole just got way too easy. I shouldn’t be able to pug the hardest stuff with a success rate greater then 20% in my opinion, albeit I was very good at putting together pug raids. Either way, won’t be buying cataclysm, or at least I tell myself that. With the GF moving in it is very likely that I do not buy it for the shear fact that she would give me hell unending for playing that game.

heard the new diablo 3 will have another class to go along with those already in place it will be the demon hunter its a ranged class (rogue-esque) that uses black magic that can be picked up from enemies…

so total of 5 classes in the new diablo…

I’m in the Cataclysm beta and so far I’m a little upset with all the changes. Worgen starting area was pretty cool (even though its still bugged)

And, here it is! The PlayStation Phone.

"It’s hard to believe that what we’re looking at is real – but we assure you, the picture above is in fact the PlayStation Phone you’ve long been waiting for. As we reported back in August, the device you see is headed into the market soon, likely boasting Android 3.0 (aka Gingerbread), along with a custom Sony Marketplace which will allow you to purchase and download games designed for the new platform.

The device snapped up top (and in our gallery below) is sporting a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 (a chip similar to the one found in the G2, but 200MHz faster), 512MB of RAM, 1GB of ROM, and the screen is in the range of 3.7 to 4.1 inches. Looking almost identical to the mockup we hit you with this summer, the handset does indeed have a long touchpad in the center which is apparently multitouch, and you can see in the photos that it’s still bearing those familiar PlayStation shoulder buttons. For Sony buffs, you’ll be interested to know that there’s no Memory Stick slot here, but there is support for microSD cards."

Another pic.

Btw Guild Wars 2 is going to destroy WoW. It’s the first game to make me actually consider upgrading my PC. Now we just need a release date for it.
It looks really nice but at this point to say that anything is going to destory WoW is just wishful thinkging. But seeing what I have seen from the game there is no way it will stay Free-2-Play. But the only thing that is going to kill WoW is Blizzards next MMO or Time.

Only Reason I would even consider playing it.

I assure you that, unless the phone comes out LONG after Gingerbread is mainstream, Sony will ship it with Froyo (2.2) with a “Gingerbread coming soon!” disclaimer (where “soon” typically means 6 months or more of waiting). Every fucking manufacturer does that and it pisses me off. Look at the Dell Streak and how much it got ripped apart in reviews for shipping with Android 1.6 because some dipshit top dog at Dell thought the masses would be ok with a “promise” of Froyo instead of it actually on the goddamn phone.

I swear to god, executives are so fucking stupid and out of touch with the customer base, and that holds for MANY industries, not just tech.

Absolutely true. The smart thing to do would be, assuming 3.0 launched within the next 2-3 months, to launch Q2/Q3 next year with plenty of testing in the latest releasing.

When I opened this email bricks were shat.

Yeah me either this is a first. But the bitch of it is I still haven’t gotten to play it. Its a 15 gig download but for whatever reason stalls every few gigs, so I’m still working on just downloading the damn thing. Oh well I should get it finished in a day or two but then my new problem is I’m working every night this week so I’ll only have a little time in the morning to try it out.

has anyone started playing/beat fallout vegas? thoughts? comments?

^Look on page 32. Yes many hours already. What is your impression and why haven’t you gotten an avi yet?

so far the game is pretty good… same feel from the last, the story line isn’t as strong as the last installation IMO but its a sequel so i guess nothings really “new” per say? either way game play is pretty solid and the weapon selection is a little better…

haven’t really experienced the bugs in the game so far so i guess thats good but it looks like imma have many hours left on the game given the style i play (explore everything… pick up everything) when playing RPG’s

^ You on PC, XBOX or PS3?

playing on my roommate’s PC (only have a netbook)…

I have to agree about the story line, I think they hit a home run last time and hard to follow up. The selection of guns has made a more enjoyable while easier experience. Also having a partner early on in the game has made it enjoyable. I am and have been exploring all over the place and have only briefly went into Vegas. Great thing about this game is the replay ability. I beat Fallout 3 three times with different experiences every time. I will assume this will be the same.

tru… yea this time i went the “dark” route and only have a robot as a companion…

we’ll see if i go the “light” route next time…

im really looking forward to the new sequel to unleashed (star wars game) cinematic previews looked solid… i didn’t play the first one tho… maybe after i beat GOW 2 for ps3 i’ll look to pick up the first game used/cheap from GS or target

I usually hate Motion Comics, but the new Iron Man Extremis is worth getting in my opinion. The original comic was done like an action movie to begin with so it works like this…but honestly, why not just animate the whole thing with a story this good?
