I am trying to gain lean mass. My problem is that I am constantly running to the bathroom, to have a bowel movement. I believe this is due to too much protein. Also, I am trying to eat every 2-3 hrs.
Any suggestions?

When you say “constantly” how often is that. As your diet gets more dialed in you will likely have a good solid bowel movement almost after every meal, though that is by no means exact or anything, just a general idea. You might be getting a “slight” bit too much fiber?
