I’m curious to hear comments from anyone out there who has actually tried bodyopus (to the letter)for a while, and have made significant gains while maintaining low bodyfat. I’ve read about every other diet out there, so I’m really only interested with comments specifically related to Opus by those who have actually tried it.It did wonders for me in cutting from 12% to 6%bf, while maintaining lean muscle, though found gaining new muscle quite an effort.As the gaining phase really centres around the weekend carb-ups and Mon/Tues intensity workouts, the space for this type of training is limited to the early week, as mid-later week training runs the risk of muscle breakdown due to the body’s ketogenic state, low calorie intake (compared to weekends) and absense of glucose, ideal for maximising muscle growth.
