hahahah what
you do realize this is a bodybuilding site???

stop being ignorant and read what i said,
i said people can do it, few people do it
and i disagree with your bodybuilding point of view, you want to look like you got as much muscle as possible and pose with panties good for you,
im talking about people who put more emphasis on actuall stregth gains, instead of the douchebags looking in the mirror and pumping their arms, thats why olympic weightlifters totally outlift all bbers, and thats why some people like myself who only weigh 170 would rape one of your “isolation” exercises 20lbs of muscle students in lifts
I thought we got rid of guys like you.
i realise it, i dont like the way people like him talk shit about everyone else, and call them average (which would be fine if he called them out on strength) but he calls then out based on looks, no right to do that
This is a BODYBUILDING forum! and how strong you are is worth jack shit in the grand scheme of things.
How much money you make? how many professional degrees do you have? N Do you have a doctorate? Will you have your hair at age 40? Will you be on food stamps when you’re 35?
NONE of that is relevant in the bodybuilding forum, and in this forum, we ONLY care about how much muscle we have on our bodies. Go to the strength sports forum and see if you measure up to the superheavies on this site.

I work out with a lot of the one rep weights in that video, X warms up with them.
Ok this is getting ridiculous. I realize this kid may not know WHO I am, but thats ok.
Honest, kid…your standing (average, above, under, whatever) is very very context-specific.
YOu list your 1RM strength as the most important, while how you look being worth “jack shit”.
No, its not…on the BODYBUILDING forum, your standing has everything to do with the amount of muscle on your body.
How is context important? If you enter the DC area or the shawasha region in Zimbabwe…I can have you publicly castrated and your wife and mother sodomized in front of your weightlifting ass…and the police won’t even touch me.
So your 1RM strength means JACK SHIT in THAT context.
Now, your standing is decided by OTHER factors…in THIS bodybuilding forum, if you weigh 170 at average height, you are average. Thats all…
Do not speak up in a forum where you have no standing…I assume it is clear now, youngblood
(Note: there are NO threats being made here, this was just a hypothetical situation I detailed for the young man. Everyone here who has been around a while knows what I am, so this post should not come as a shock to anyone but a complete newbie)
OP???..

that’s what happens when you take it up the butt, penis weight adds to your weight ![]()

However, you are judging BBers by looks.
You apparently aren’t focused on strength either. If you were to focus on strength alone, you’d put on a ton of weight.
Instead you are focused on the strength to weight ratio which is very different and even aided by remaining small. If that’s what you want, fine, but don’t say you are the end all be all of strength.
It’s impressive the amount of weight an ant can lift, but it’s still only a leaf.
You’re very fear of gaining fat is proof that you too care about looks.
I will however give you the box jumping thing.
If I ever need to get up on top of a 40" box using only one leg and for some reason not being able to climb up it or touch the ground around it with in a 12 inch radius, I’ll give you a call and ask for advice.

go research how many pro bbers die at an early age, go research the stats, have you? i dont think so, i have,
also i was talking about people that make massive gains illegaly that overdue it, aka pro bbers aka the few people that can get 18’ plus if you actually read above, there is nothing wrong with lifting seriously,
attempt to be a smartass"
epic failure
anyways im off, this thread was hijacked enough as it was, no reason to keep it going
You’re right about one thing, very few people will achieve 18 foot arms… and those who do may very well have health problems…

You are average. I am willing to bet I am stronger than you as well if you just really want to go there. Why are you in this forum at all?
Why would anyone log into a bodybuilding forum and start bragging about their “pound for pound” strength when they are STILL weaker than the big guys on this forum?

Here’s what I’m not getting when people are saying a beginner can’t put on more than 10 lbs of muscle in a year… do you guys not see what happens to freshmen football players who get on a weight training program?
They eat 3x a day and drink some Muscle Milk or whatever they want and BLOW UP. Bigger legs, chest, traps, shoulders etc etc from just getting into training and eating a bit more. 20 lbs over a summer of mostly solid weight would be pretty average.
Does that not happen around you guys every year? To keep that progress going things have to be fine tuned a bit more, more focused training, more attention to diet etc… but there is a reason “newbie gains” are even a term.
They are exceptional and happen to nearly anyone who puts forth a little effort. If you wanted to get as big as you could and didn’t gain 20 lbs within the first year of training(and there are no medical issues)… you did something wrong flat out.
If you still want to get as big as you can and are only putting on 5 lbs a year(and you aren’t already noticeably large)… you are still doing something wrong.

Agreed. Beginners can gain a lot in a short time. However, the more you gain over time the harder it is to continue to gain.
Hell, I don;t go into the strength forum and call everyone disproportionate and/or fat and tell them they’re training wrong.
Why do these guys come here and subject us to this garbage? go to youtube and post a training and SOME douchebag has to comment on how your muscles are not that useful in an MMA fight or whatever…do we go to Fedor’s videos and talk about how ridiculous he looks?
What is wrong with these fuckers anyway? seems like every self-appointed “strength athlete” secretly feels inadequate next to bodybuilders and feels the need to assert himself in a bodybuilding discussion.

i just want to clearify nowhere did i ever say a newb couldnt gain more than 10lbs in a year.
i said as you progress your gains decrease. i said i would be satisfied and happy with 10lbs of muscle in a year, hell, just 10 lbs because i hardly gain fat.
i said anyone saying they gained 50lbs in a year probaly grew 3 or 4 inches too, meaning that they conviently started lifting the same time their pubertous growth spurt kicked in.
find me someone who started lifitng at 18-19 years old and gained 20lbs their second year lifting, after gaining an additional 20 from their FIRST year lifting, that isnt fat.
i just wanted to clear that up, you guys can go back to your shitstorm now. peace 5000

I think it can easily be explained in that we haven’t had an unnecessary troll job in waaaay too long, and we were due. Its just like a meteor striking the earth, its not a matter of if, just a matter of when.

When you talk about the gains people make in the first 3 years starting when they lift a weight, and especially with such a …controversial statement, you probably should have mentioned newbie gains.
And no, I didn’t grow like 10 inches, I grew about 1/4 inch in the past two years, and I don’t think you get a free 20lbs or whatever with that. I hit my growth spurt a few years earlier, so I think maybe it’s time to realize that everything that applies to you, doesn’t apply to everyone else.
if youre 6’5 200lbs what weight did you start at? jesus christ, were you released from a concentration camp moments prior to your lifting career? not even trying to be a dickhead brother but i cant picture you being any lighter than your current stats.
i did mention newbie gains, people just terrible reading comprehension on this site. especially professor x but im sure he has stressful days filled with surgeries and intesne xbox live sessions ![]()
