good point
well its no longer at 3.9… i got it checked in november i think? and it was at 4.9… i’m hoping its up a bit more but yeah i was thinking of taking a few pictures cause i’m starting up this new program and its ending in june i’d like a before and after… and we’re having some sort of fitness “competition” at my work with before and after(s)
its all really due to the fast metabolism though… im pretty skinny but apparently i’ve got like a 19.5% muscle to fat ratio or something… this body comp was done at fitness world and i’m kinda iffy on their machines
but yeah i’ll put the pics up soon

So have you read a single article on T nation or you just coming by to show us how huge you are?
Oh man. First off what is your friend’s (who referred you) name and home address?
Second, fellas relax, none of you were born huge.
Third, since you found us we might as well help.
- Get a gym membership.
- Read a lot more. This site is a wealth (disregard most poster knowledge at first, I say at first because 95% of the time they end up in arguments or flames).
- Eat everything in site and copious amounts of it. Start after you read this.
- You’re still reading? Ok, eat and read then; two birds with one stone.
- Continue eating. But start to think about your protein intake, try to eat 131g of protein a day (that’s 1g per lb of bw).
- Leave this page and don’t come back. Get lost here You searched for training - T NATION
Guys, lay off.
See guys this is what the whole “everyone is special and beautiful and perfect in their own way” bullshit has done to our youth. Im 19 and I see this kind of attitude everyday. Some kid who goes to the weight room with 10 friends once a month thinks hes a bodybuilder. Im by no means big but at 5"6 I am currently sitting at 165 pounds with a bodyfat of 12% (caliper tested at an LA fitness gym, please dont even get me started on how much I hate that gym though) and I think Im small. This kids looks terrible, weighs 35 pounds less than me and thinks hes jacked. wtf happened to kids these days?

I’m not gonna lie i used to think i was jacked back when i was like 14… but then again… i was a giant fag… well maybe not JACKED but had a good body…
but yeah i guess its the mentality of kids these days… they all wanna be WEEZY baaaabyyyyyyyy
my grandma is 5’3" and 135lbs. Just allowing you to see things from a different perspective.
my girlfriend is 5’3" and 140lbs and very lean. She does incline presses w/ 40lb dumbbells for working sets 3x10…she could go heavier. just adding perspective to your goals.
i started at 148lbs and now weigh 203lbs, just adding perspective.
Good luck w/ the strong core thing.

The absolute best part of the film. I crafted that avatar in honor.
Op im not gonna lie, I wouldn’t mind laying your small supple frame down by the fire.

You guys are terrible. Do you guys not know that you are insulting the ring bearer? The one who must bring the ONE RING to Mount Mordor? Why do you think he’s been practicing his climbing?

Definitely trolling.
No one could possibly think that’s a real compliment.
or… he’s just an optimist…
This thread has made my day thank you op!

I’m an 18 year old male, but I’m fairly small. Considering my height (5’6) it’s certainly not that bad, but I’d love to gain more muscle mass.
I weigh 131 pounds right now with a body fat % of 11. I’m quite happy with that, still room for a little improvement but not much. The area I most want to improve on are my pecs… they’re just not defined and there too small.
I hear that doing push ups is a great way to build them up, is this true? I can do 40 consecutive push ups with perfect form, but I’m dead after this.

LMAO be nice to him.
OP:
- Your BF looks higher than 11 to me.
- Eat. A Lot.
- Heavy compound movements. Squat, Deadlift, Row, Militaries, Bench, Pullups.
- Do this for one year.
- Come back & post pictures
