Dude. Michael Jackson climbs trees and he did THRILLER… F!!KING THRILLER. If there is something wrong with that I do not want to be right. And swords and I saw the axe on your wall are badass. Viking use swords and axes I dont see a reason why you shouldn’t.

Indeed. And we all know where that got him. Keep away from the trees, kids. Keep away from the trees…

You gain weight by breaking muscle and consuming protein to rebuild them stronger. It has nothing to do with calories. Calories are a measurement of energy. Take too much and your body stores it as fat which you have to burn off by creating a calorie deficit. It’s that simple. [/quote]
WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU SMOKING!?

While he climbs trees, he smokes them too.
This kid/troll is unbelievable, every post he makes just shows how little he knows about the human body and its capabilities. He’s 131 lbs and he doesn’t think he has much room for improvement? I lol’d hard.
OP I’m 1 year older than you and more than double your weight. Get a clue.
is this guy for real? ![]()
Guys, i love this guy. He adds humor to this site. ![]()
But for real, just eat dude. eat and lift and u’ll gain. hahaha i love this guy.

Nice arms, bro! Massive peaks! If you twist your wrist when spankin it, you’ll grow faster for sure. If you use the result of the spank-session as a supplement in your post workout shake, you’ll be well on your way to matching pecs.

I’ve been weight lifting for half a year, and I’m definitely defined with a low body fat, I’m not buff, but whatever. There are plenty, plenty worse bodies out there, and yeah I know a thing or two about weight lifting.
You just like to stir up drama though, so whatever.
You’re just a scrawny gimp mate…

Yeah, but only a thing or two…
To the OP, man you got to get a grip. These people whose help you ask for and advice you seek, probably (sarcasm) know a whole hell of a lot more than you do. To put it bluntly, you are not in good shape, your body is nothing even respectable. You honestly don’t look like you work out at all.
Quit thinking that you know anything about what your doing, and listen to these people. Its great that you want to get in good shape and look good, but based on your results thus far and the way you look know, apparently what you know (or think you know) isn’t doing you any good.

Augie Farks?
You are obviously new here.
We’ve had several interesting, funny and entertaining trolls since inception - this thread is just fucking boring.

dude… you’re not defined at all… a few months ago i had a body fat of 3.9%… then i brought it up to 4.9% in november… not sure what its at now but 11% isn’t THAT low… if low at all… you don’t have anything to define…
seriously man take these guys’ advice… in a few years you’re going to regret being so stubborn and naive about your weightlifting/bodybuilding decisions… thats valuable time wasted to you
but hey i mean if you there is NO chance of you being wrong… then all the more power to you… just look at the evidence (your body)

hijack…
not to doubt… but could you grace us with a picture of yourself at 3.9% bodyfat? That is quite a claim to throw out there… and if its true, I’d like to be the first to congratulate you on it.
its my experience that most people have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to BF%…

Depending on his body, it is very possible for him to have achieved a 3.9% bf calculation if he used a caliper. That doesn’t mean that it actually was 3.9. I’m sure he was very lean to get those measurements though. Everybody’s different.
