Gaining 8-10kg In 5 Months?

hi all… i would like to up my 71kg to 80 kg in 5 mths time before cutting down so i can make it to the weight class next yr… oh ya… i’m 5’5-5’6 asian, 19 yr old

Okay. Since more weight seems to be your only goal for some unknown sport that appears to have weight classes, I would suggest something along the lines of the Super Size Me diet. Mickey D four times per day!

sorry, i wanted to take part in next yr national youth bbing comp… and it is in august…i want to gain more muscle mass(of course abit of fats as well) then cut down to 75kg or 70kg depending on how much fats i’m carrying

Eat more, eat clean, if you have to You can add 8-10kg without horrific difficulty unless you’re one of those people with rocket charged metabolisms. Go for it.

Yup just make a big effort to up the intake. Best thing you can do is start off right with a very dense breakfast. pack in the l/cals then and you wont have toworry so much as the day rolls on.

cup of oats
1 tblb spoon olive oil
1 tblspoon butter
2 scoops protein
and banana

theres a quick easy 800+ add in a glass of milk or some mixed nuts easy 1000.

great start to a day and simple. Plenty of protein, good fats, complex carbs, nutrient loaded. Make it a shake or cook it.
