ok so im trying to get a grasp on this still.
Lets say i am currently doing quattro dynamo, and eating about 4000 cals a day. now if i were to up my cals, would it be smart to add in daily walks/truck pushes/sprints, ideally wanting to gain muscle and burn fat?
at 215 your maintance is more than 4000 so how would u gain muscle?

yeah but you should up your calories jsut to gain muscle period. cardio on a bulk is stupid IMO
Depends doesn’t it. Shugart and others have mentioned FFb’s doing cardio regardless of objective, just to stop getting too fat on a bulk
I’m a ffb. i don’t do cardio im on a bulk i have yet to gain any fat. Its all really about not getting to many calories and keeping them clean. people all all different though. so i guess try it out. Make sure your gainign a pound a week or else your not eating enough.
