Don’t sweat it guy at least you’re up. I’m a month into my Deca/TestC cycle I am 2 lbs less than a month ago. Thank You Very Much Mr. Mono, Mr. Stomach Flu and Mr. Ear Infection. Hopefully soon I can get over this sickness-shit and start making some progress.
Day 44
Weight 245lbs
Neck - 17"
Shoulders - 56.5"
Chest - 45.5"
Arm - 17"
Waist - 38.5"
Hips - 45"
Leg - 27"
Calf - 16"
OK, starting to get back on track. Need to keep the diet and exercise plan dialed in over the weekend. Only had one poor meal in the last few days and have kept the consuption of booze low. I am going to try to keep it to 2 drinks or less if out with friends and no drinks when staying in.
The other thing I realized is that my quality of sleep had been really poor for the last few weeks. I have started the ZMA again and I am getting a solid 8 hours.
Going to pick up my 80lbs dumbells today. wanted a pair of 100’s as well but they were friggin expensive (about a dollar a pound!) so I will start with the 80’s for now.
Really need to get that leg press working. Lower body has seen very little improvement so far.
I may drop the masteron a little lower depending on how I feel. The tightness is just about gone, strength is up, and so far my recovery is starting to feel a little better but that could also be because of the increase in protien/cals.
I really want to see what a higher dose of test is like. So far I am 2 shots into the higher dose (3rd will be today) and I feel pretty good. No negative sides at all except that I have the strong urge to lift big heavy things and fuck small soft things.
I am still getting back pumps but not as bad as when on the Dbol.
BP is 169/50 which is sort of weird. That is slightly down but still really high for Systolic and the lowest I have ever had for Diastolic. Second check was 168/57 which is a little more normal but still high.
I may try the proviron still. The cycle is going to be fairly long (about 16 weeks and I have only finished 6) so I may throw it in around the 8 week mark. I have also been thinking about running an anti-e (femara or adex) rather than nolva or in addition to nolva. I don’t like the idea of building up all that estrogen in my system even if I am running nolva.
If anyone has advice for anti-e given my cycle/doses it would be appreciated.

Apparently we are all falling victim to this one. Got the flu week 5 of last cycle. Finally kicked it to train intense about week 9. It was a 12 week cycle. Overall, I gained about 10 lbs. Thank you flu virus.
rather then purchacing the dumbels you should have joined the gym IMO.
you can however do lunges, straight leg deadlifts, and single leg calf raises useing the dumbels… There is always a way.
As for your training. I will say this. To get reach your goals it will take consistency, and discipline. there is no magic pills out there. Alcohol and drugs will most definitely detract from your gains, and not to mention alcohol more than anything is causes hypertension.

Yo furious, I’m not being an asshole here, but the dosages you are reporting and the results you have listed is EXTERMELY disappointing. Bro, I have 18+ inch biceps and calves, and neck is 17 1/2, and although we are each different genetically, the amount of gear I am using is WAY less than you. I am nowhere near genetically gifted, so I’m not speaking from a natural! But damn, dog, 41 days and your gains are comparable to a natural BBer. Hit it hard, and show us some progress! If you’re gonna hammer your liver with this cycle, at least produce some gains!!!

Yes, you use yourself as a poor example.
Keep in mind bro that you’re endomorphic - big boned, and your arms have absolutely no vascularity/ definition to them. If you leaned up, you could expect to loose at least an inch in circumference, if not more. Additonally as I said before you are big-boned so a lot of your true size is an illusion.
It is better to have before and after pictures to truly tell the improvements in a physique made, as measurements don’t always mean shit.
Someone who is small bone, has lean 17 inch arms will always look better than someone big boned, endomorphic with 19 inch arms, and in competitions judges don’t measure body parts, they look at the complete package, to determine a score.
Ya, I am still wondering if I shouldn’t just bite the bullet but gyms are very expensive in TO.
With 80lb dumbells I can do a lot of exercises. I have been making do with a crappy gym for 3 years so I can stick it out a little longer. It is also 3 floors up from me so it is easier/faster to get there and back.
I am starting to realize it will take serious dedication to reach my goals and not just more gear.

For those that don’t know I am 6’4" so I am working with a slightly different frame.
I was at one time 170lbs (at that height that is pretty skinny for those that can’t picture it) but I still think I have got better genes to work with than most so I am not going to cry about it and I am not going to use genetics as an excuse as to why I can get results.
I think the poster was also going from my measurements at the start of the thread which were not taken at the start of the cycle (they were taken after the gear had already put 12lbs on) so it is hard to judge against. I wish I would have started the individual measurments from the start but I only have my starting weight and a before pic on the profile. I do have before/after pics from the first cycle on my profile and will have before/after pics for my second cycle so you guys will get to see exactly what has changed.
I think my goals are realistic but I have to dial it up and get it done. I set aggressive goals because I expect to acheive them.

Some of the measurments are deceiving as well as P22 said. My chest has stayed about the same size but has gotten much leaner. same thing with my arms and legs. The before and after pics should show a pretty good change as long as the progress continues.

It sure takes a lot longer to pack size on long arms that is for sure. I have had that problem myself.

My arms are over 18" and my shorter friends with 17" look twice as big as mine with a much better peak… Sometimes being 6’2 is a bitch. Oh well.
Day 56
Weight 236lbs
Neck - 27.25"
Shoulders - 56"
Chest - 43"
Arms - 16.5"
Waist - 38.5"
hips - 45"
leg - 26.5"
calves - 15.5"
Well this is pretty much the most frustrating thing in the world. Right as things were geting back on track after my vacation towards progress (I was back up to 245lbs and feeling great) I got sick and over the last week I have lost 9 lbs (most if not all of that muscle). I have been trying to eat all I can but still losing weight rapidly.
I am getting back into the gym today to hit the weights but I feel like crap and I am not looking forward to it at all.
This sucks.
Interesting, I was up to 245lbs and got sick and I’m back to 236lbs today too, weird. It was great shitting my guts out and watching my body waste away while I was drinking protein shakes that I would just piss right out my ass again.
ya, it’s pretty depressing really. My problem was that my appetite was gone, my head hurt too much to try to do anything other than sleep, i could barely breath so my sleep was brutal, and I was coughing my brains out constantly (the kind where it hurts to cough so you are trying not to).
looks like I am on the mend though. weight measurement was from yesterday morning, when I weighed myself today I am back up to 238.5 lbs. the tape measuments are unfortuately from today though so I have def lost a lot of size or at least a lot of fluids. I am looking a little more vascular today but no significant difference in abdominal fat.
Had a decent workout today for the first time in over a week, cold seems to be going away, my appetite is coming back, and I am glad I am putting back some pounds. Hopefully this thing is done and I can just sweat the rest of it out.

Yeah, sometimes it makes you want to trade in an inch or two of height for faster visible progress. Nah, not really.
nah, I’ll stick with 6’4"…I can deal with my affliction.

post your diet, how many calories are you consuming per day? grams of fat? grams of carbs, grams of protein? Better yet, read Christian Thibaudeau’s nutrition articles, and John Berardi’s articles. Jen Heath wrote an awesome nutrition article too. I would seriously consider buying Berardi’s PN nutrition.
As far as training goes, I like King, Poliquin and Thibaudeau.
At a min, you need to be eating 6 times a day, and consuming 3000 cals min.

No offense man, but most of our diets are on point or else we wouldn’t have stepped it up to juice. No sense in taking the training wheels off if you’re gonna do a face plant into the bushes. This is kinda like telling someone who’s been lifting for years that he shouldn’t bounce the bar off his sternum when he benches.
