Hey Guys, where do you go to get nutritional facts about fruits and vegetables for your food logs? Website? Book? Any help would be appreciated.
A great resource book to get and have is called:
“Nutritional Facts Desk Reference”
You can pick it up a good bookstore like Barnes & Noble or something, there probably is a website with macronutrient breakdowns but I don’t know what it is. You could try searching for it.
