I worded it badly in my original post. What I meant by recovering was that she’s not as bad as she was but she still doesn’t eat hardly anything and feels guilt when she does. Like other people said the best thing to do would be to just to listen to what she wants to say but if anyone has any other way I could help her please say.

I’ve dated a couple of girls with eating disorders. There really is little you can do, except making sure she is seeing a shrink. Secondarily if you introduce her to hobbies that will distract her from it and make her eat for example, going on bike rides, it could help a lot.
